1. Return WindowYou may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for ReturnTo be eligible:

Product must be unused and unworn

Must be returned with original packaging, box, and tags

Invoice/Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used or scratched watches

Products without original packaging

Items purchased during sale or special offers

4. Damaged or Incorrect ProductIf you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear unboxing video/photos as proof

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be approved

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–7 business days

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer

In case of defective/wrong product, we will cover the shipping charges

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
